Item did not arrive yet. Has been 7 weeks. Was a birthday gift. Birthday came and went, so very disappointed. Contacted seller a few times to ask why it hadn't shipped yet. Seller seemed agitated; said he had an unexpected increase in orders. I can't keep pestering so don't know what to do cuz the bag looks perfect for the Softail and I can't find that width anywhere else. I'm very sad.
