Buyers beware: You are in for a legendary tale of disappointment. Welcome to the Bermuda Triangle of online shopping, where orders dont matter & customer service is an ancient myth! Placed an order on April 9, 24, because the item was supposedly "in stock." By April 10, it magically transformed into a 6-8 week wait. Must be some sort of time warp. On April 18, I was asked for my phone number (again, because reading is hard), and thought we were on the brink of shipping! Silly me, what followed was an eerie void of communication. On April 21, our Seller heroically explained he's swamped with 200 orders, too busy to grace his customers with responses because, you know, who actually cares about customer service when you're just drowning in sales? Cancelled & refund requested after 8 weeks of madness.
